Total fulfillment cost = shipping + packaging + labor; cost per order = total ÷ shipped orders.
Worked example
$900 shipping, $150 packaging and $450 labor across 300 orders total $1,500, or $5 per order.

Orders must be positive. Totals should cover the same period and shipment population. The result does not automatically include returns, storage or platform fees.
